Tractor Supply Co., 1971 Cooper Foster Park Road in Amherst, has reopened after a remodeling and customers can expect a new shopping experience, according to the company.
The renovated store has a more open feel, and there is a new customer service hub with upgraded digital tools to help customers find what they’re looking for, according to a news release.
Trevor Rindfleisch, store manager, said the store was closed for three weeks during the remodel.
The results allow a more enhanced shopping experience for its customers, Rindfleisch said.
“We were able to put more products into a smaller square footage, which was the ultimate goal of the remodel,” he said. “We added some products, took some products away.”
Rindfleisch said the new open space allows customers to find what they’re looking for in an more efficient manner, making their experience more enjoyable.
“It’s a lot more of an open feel, an open concept, and customers really enjoy that open concept,” he said.
In addition to the hub and open space, Rindfleisch said there now are light boxes that help brighten up the store.
Following the company’s motto, “For life out here,” he said store products are for people who have farms, gardens, animals, livestock, outdoor work or projects.
“Whether it be somebody who owns a hundred acres and has crops or livestock, or somebody who lives in an urban environment and has dogs and cats,” he said. “That would all be wrapped within that ‘life out here’ motto.”
An addition is a section featuring RV products, according to the release.
“We’ve got a four-foot space of RV supplies now,” Rindfleisch said.
The store also features new selections in clothing, tools and animal feed and food, according to the release.
“There’s been numerous products among the entire store that we’ve added,” Rindfleisch said. “We repositioned a lot of our products in the store for better shopping for our customers.”
Since 1996, the Tractor Supply Co. has served the community, especially with the mix of rural and urban residents, and strives to continue that in the store’s remodeled and friendly environment, Rindfleisch said.
“We’re excited to drive new and more customers to the store with the initiative,” he said.
