Students interested in applying to Elyria Catholic High School for the 2024-25 school year, are required to take the High School Placement Test offered this fall, according to a news release.
The tests will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Oct. 14 and Nov. 4, at Elyria Catholic, 725 Gulf Road in Elyria, the release said.
The examination is broken down into six sections: three English, two math and one science, according to the release.
The results of the examination are used in conjunction with grades and other standardized test scores to determine course recommendations, the release said.
Students need to bring two No. 2 pencils and the $20 exam fee with them to the test, the release said.
