Bird watchers have been on egg watch all week and now confirm Stars and Stripes have an egg in the nest at Redwood Elementary School in Avon Lake. Eagle watchers from the Avon Lake Bald Eagles Nest Facebook page have confirmed the egg was laid at 4:09 p.m., Feb. 24.
