Cleveland lost to host Milwaukee, 81-72, on Feb. 25. The defeat snapped a five-game winning streak and cost the Vikings a share of the Horizon League regular-season championship.
CSU led, 36-31 at halftime, but was outscored by 14 points in the second half. The Vikings shot 28 of 74 from the field, 3 of 20 on 3-pointers and were 13 of 25 at the free-throw line.
Tristan Enaruna had 24 points and 11 rebounds. Tae Williams added 21 points and 11 boards.
CSU (19-12, 14-6) is the No. 3 seed for the Horizon League tournament, and will host a quarterfinal on March 2. Regular-season champion Youngstown State is the No. 1 seed.
