The Vermilion Historical Society, formerly known as the Vermilion Area Archival Society, will have its annual membership meeting at 10 a.m. Jan. 9 in the Endowment Room of the Ritter Public Library, 5680 Liberty Ave.
There will be an election of directors and officers.
