The Keystone Empowers You Collaborative hosted a produce pickup event Aug. 17.
Seventeen people reserved a bag online beforehand, then paid $12 for a huge bag of produce that included peaches, heirloom cherry tomatoes, ground cherries, purple beans and blue potatoes, according to a news release.
The next pop-up produce stand will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Sept. 7, at the Keystone-LaGrange Library, 133 E. Commerce Drive in LaGrange.
Reserve a bag of fresh fruits and vegetables online at bit.ly/KEYProducePickUp.
Anyone can reserve a bag, according to the release.
Payment can be made at the pop-up produce stand with cash or Venmo, according to the release.
Fruits and vegetables are provided by Pycraft Farm Market and availability will vary based on what is in season, the release said.
The last produce pickup of the season will take place Sept. 21, according to the release.
